Those Darn Cats 
I propose the greater Midland/Odessa area for this wonderful and much needed new resort. There’s plenty of open space, a major airport and plenty of oil derricks to use as the basis for various structures. The climate is just like Orlando, but without the annoying rain, humidity and hurricane threats. And, best of all, there’s an existing tourist attraction that draws tens of visitors to the area each year (http://www.netwest.com/virtdomains/meteorcrater/index.htm).
