  1. I had the same issue with my bag. I contacted both Disney and Dooney. Disney asked I sent it to them and they sent me a new one. I also have pulled out the liner and cleaned it with middle soap to clean it. I would contact Disnet to let them know you are unsatisfied with Dooney’s repairs.
