It feels like we recorded this a million years ago! Since this episode went into the can, Lisa’s gotten married and Jennifer’s been to Disneyland. We’ll have more on those stories later . . . but for now, just enjoy our discussion of Ponyo, and other films of Hayao Miyazaki.

  2. I have seen a few of the Miyazaki films and I break them down this way:

    Liked:
    Spirited Away
    Howl’s Moving Castle

    Just ok:
    Princess Mononoke
    Kiki’s Delivery Service – would have liked this had I not been dumped by my boyfriend right before watching this film.

    Disliked:
    Ponyo – not sure why I really didn’t care for this one.
